Input accepted by RevTurbineCustomerSdk.identify for the canonical
user-context shape (plan 191). plan_handle is THE plan matching
identity — the plan’s unique_handle; the plan object is display
metadata (name/price/period) and never participates in matching.
Server-assigned fields (seat_type_handle, activity_score,
activity_score_computed_at, builtin_dimensions) are not accepted here
(plan 279, D-36, D-46; BL-0352, BL-0381); the tenant’s backend or
RevTurbine’s enrichment writes them.
